ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM Radiate and cuirassed bust of Caracalla to right, seen from behind. Rev. P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P P Serapis standing front, head to left, raising his right hand in salute and holding long scepter in his left. Cf. BMC 128, Cohen 295 and RIC 263d (for prototype). Very rare. Minor traces of corrosion, otherwise, very fine.
