You don't have to move to Switzerland to fill this position, you can work comfortably from home!

What we are looking for:
- English as mother tongue or second language. We will only consider applicants with excellent command of English
- Access to a numismatic library with all the important works on world coins
- Extensive experience as a numismatist in the coin trade
- Very good knowledge in the areas of world coins, particularly European coins from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, and the modern era, as well as American coins

CFO – Chief Financial Officer 100% (m/w/d)

Responsibilities CFO:
- Budget, financial planning and analysis:
- Develop and oversee the company's comprehensive financial strategy
- Prepare and monitor budget plans, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis to ensure liquidity and profitability
- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of funds
- Prepare financial forecasts to guide the company’s future
- Financing & Raising Capital: Acquisition of financing opportunities and negotiation of conditions
- Establishment of collector coins as an asset class: Cooperation with banks, family offices, asset managers, HNWI
- Liquidity management:
- Borrowing and repayments of loans, fixed advances, current account loans
- Control and payout of auction proceeds to consignors
- Control and payment execution of supplier payments
- Supervision of the recording of incoming payments: Bank, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
- Support of the administration with questions about incoming and outgoing payments
- Debtors / Creditors:
- Regular review and management of the account statements of consignors, debtors (purchase orders) and creditors (posting statements) including adjustment
- Invoicing after the auctions
- Processing of special cases
- Coordination of payroll accounting with the external fiduciary office
- Financial accounting and financial statements in cooperation with the fiduciary office
- Monitoring finances of participation in the U.S.
- Support for expansion/growth activities related to finance
- Quarterly reporting: Responsibility for accurate and timely financial reporting to the Executive Board
- Cost management and increased efficiency: Analysis of cost structures and identification of savings potentials without compromising operational efficiency

CFO requirements:
- A university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA or a recognized professional qualification is an advantage
- Experience as CFO (min. 5 years)
- Practical knowledge and demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in auctions or numismatics is advantageous but not required

We, the Leu Numismatik AG in Winterthur, are a young and innovative auction house in the field of numismatics, which specialises in the trade in ancient, medieval and modern coins. Our core business includes the implementation of traditional floor and innovative web auctions, in which an international clientele participates.
To support the management, organisation and administration of our office as well as the initial contact with our customers, we are looking for a motivated and structured working deputy head of adminstration with immediate effect or by appointment.
Your tasks
Your tasks will include supporting the management, making initial contact with our international clientele (in the office, by e-mail and by phone), planning and post-processing auctions, shipping auction lots, analysing and improving internal company processes, preparing accounting and further developing our digital back office. As Deputy Head of Administration, you will also provide valuable support services and be the company's fact to customers.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or studies (technical college, university)
- At least two years of practical experience in the above tasks
- You are intrinsically motivated and 100% service-oriented
- You work in a well-organized and efficient manner
- You are reliable, friendly and communicate professionally
- You appreciate direct customer contact
- You are not afraid to make phone calls and can advise customers professionally and convincingly
