We are one of the world's leading numismatic auction houses and are passionately developing our own auction platform. Our small, agile development team works on innovative solutions – from customer applications to a customized ERP system.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to technically lead our development team, to plan technical visions, and to bring them to life with us.

Your Tasks:

• You take the technical lead of our development team and are responsible for the technical implementation of our software solutions.
• You plan software architectures and accompany their implementation.
• You work closely with our project manager to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• You share your knowledge with the team and support them with technical questions.
• You contribute to code quality by establishing and developing best practices.

Your Profile:

• You have extensive experience in software development with C# and .NET.
• You are proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of frameworks like Angular or React.js is advantageous.
• You have experience in planning and implementing software architectures.
• You are familiar with Git and Azure.
• You have strong communication and team leadership skills.
• You speak fluent English and German.
