RIC 124. A particularly impressive flip-over double strike. Light deposits, otherwise, good very fine.

This coin is a so-called flip-over double strike, meaning that the flan was not removed between two strikes but flipped over, causing the figure of Salus to appear on the obverse as well, with the end of the original legend - VS•P•F•AVG - still visible.
