Allectus, Romano-British Emperor, 293-296. Antoninianus (Bronze, 22 mm, 4.74 g, 7 h), Londinium, 294-295. IMP C ALLECTVS P F AVG Radiate and cuirassed bust of Allectus to right. Rev. PROVIDENTIA AVG / S - A / ML Providentia standing front, head to left, holding wand over globe in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. Burnett 69. RIC 35. RIC V.5 163. Webb 61. Beautiful green patina. Very minor traces of corrosion on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
