AYTOK•KAIC•M•AYP•ANTΩNЄINOC•CЄB Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla to right; to left and right, two countermarks: eagle with closed wings standing right, head to left, within oval incuse, and winged thunderbolt within oval incuse. Rev. [AΔP] ΔIOKAICAP[ЄΩN] Athena driving fast quadriga to left, holding spear in her right hand and shield decorated with aegis in her left. RPC V.3 online 79576. SNG Levante 673. SNG Paris 870. For countermarks, Howgego 337 and 469. Light deposits and the reverse struck slightly off center and with minor weakness, otherwise, very fine.
