Within a circle, in four lines: Sulṭān Sulaymān Shāh / ibn-i Sulṭān Salīm Shāh / ʿazza naṣruhū ḍuriba fī / Zabīd sana 947 (‘Sultan Süleyman Shah / son of Sultan Selim Shah / may his victory be glorified, struck at / Zabid in the year 947’ in Arabic).
