Crude lion to right, with sunface rising from its back. Rev. In field: zarb-i Īravān 1240? (‘Struck at Iravan, 1240?’ in Persian). Valentine 18. Zeno 376986. Rare type, with a clear lion-and-sunface design and legible mint-name. Double struck and some deposits, otherwise, very fine.
