ΑΥΤ•ΚΑΙ•ΑN•••ΤⲰΝΙΝΟϹ ϹЄ• Laureate head of Caracalla to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. ΔΗΜΑΡΧ ЄΞ ΥΠΑΤ•ΤΟ•Δ• Eagle with spread wings standing facing, head to left and holding wreath in beak; between the eagle's legs, small horned altar surmounted by head of a ram to left. Prieur 1311 corr. (as 'Byblus'). RPC V.3 online 81611. Extremely rare, only three examples recorded by RPC. Minor flan crack and with some weakness on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
