SELEUKID KINGS. Antiochos III ‘the Great’, 222-187 BC. Drachm (Silver, 19 mm, 4.23 g, 12 h), uncertain mint 68, in northern Mesopotamia, 192/90-187. Diademed head of Antiochos III to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟ[Υ] Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow in his right hand and resting his left on grounded bow; to inner left, monogram of ΠΟ. Leu Web Auction 42 (2026), 798 (same obverse die). SC -, cf. 1133.2 (denomination and placement of monogram). Of the highest rarity, apparently the second known example. Struck from slightly worn dies, otherwise, very fine.
