ΛΑΟΔΙΚΕΩΝ / ΤΗΣ ΙΕΡΑΣ ΚΑΙ - ΑΥΤΟΝΟΜΟΥ Zeus seated left, holding Nike in his right hand and long scepter in his left; in inner left field, ZK (date); below throne, monogram; in exergue, ΣE; all within laurel wreath. HGC 9, 1398. Mørkholm, Laodicea, 17 var. (differing letters in exergue). Lightly toned and attractive. Minor marks and with light doubling and a thin die break on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
