SELEUKID KINGS. Antiochos Hierax, circa 242-227 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 30 mm, 17.00 g, 1 h), Lampsakos. Diademed head of Antiochos Hierax (?) to right. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - ANTIOXOY Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow in his right hand and resting his left on grounded bow; in inner left field, torch; in exergue, forepart of Pegasos to left and monogram. SC 851.2. Well centered and with a lovely portrait struck in high relief. Minor die break on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
