CORINTHIA. Corinth. Circa 450-400 BC. Stater (Silver, 24 mm, 8.33 g, 9 h). Pegasos flying left; below, Ϙ. Rev. Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet without neck guard; behind, inverted trident-head. BCD Corinth -. Calciati 103. HGC 4, 1829. Ravel 323. Very rare. Nicely toned and of fine style. Struck from a slightly worn reverse die, otherwise, very fine.
