Caracalla, 198-217. Denarius (Silver, 16 mm, 2.63 g, 6 h), a contemporary imitation from an irregular mint, after 210-213. A[NTONINVS PIVS] AVG BRIT Laureate head of Caracalla to right. Rev. INDVIC FECVNDΛΓ Indulgentia seated left, extending her right hand and holding scepter in her left. Cf. BMC 73, Cohen 104 and RIC 214 (for prototype). Struck on a slightly short flan and with light marks, otherwise, very fine.
