Maximianus, first reign, 286-305. Follis (Bronze, 28 mm, 9.47 g, 12 h), Lugdunum, circa 300-mid 304. IMP MAXIMIANVS P AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust of Maximianus to right. Rev. GENIO POP-VLI ROMANI / B / PLG The Genius of the Roman people standing front, head to left, sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar with his right hand and holding cornucopiae in his left.
