P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P P Serapis standing front, head to left, raising his right hand in salute and holding scepter in his left. BMC 131. Cohen 295. RIC 263e. Well struck and with a beautiful portrait. The reverse a bit weak, otherwise, about extremely fine.
