CORINTHIA. Corinth. Circa 450-400 BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 8.50 g, 4 h). Bridled Pegasos with curved wing flying right; below, Ϙ. Rev. Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet; in field to left, Ϙ; all within incuse square. BCD Corinth 24. Calciati 82. HGC 4, 1825. Ravel 286 (P153/T225). Beautiful iridescent toning. Faint marks and the obverse struck from a slightly worn die and a little bit off center, otherwise, good very fine.
