Vespasian, with Titus and Domitian as Caesares, 69-79. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.00 g, 6 h), Ephesus, 70. IMP CAESAR VESPAS AVG COS II TR P P P Laureate head of Vespasian to right. Rev. LIBERI IMP - AVG VESPA[S] Bare heads of Titus, on the left, and Domitian, on the right, both slightly bearded and facing one another; in field to left, Φ. BMC p. 92, note *. CBN -. Cohen 1. RIC 1410. RPC II online 816. Very rare. Beautifully toned and with three portraits of very expressive Eastern style. The obverse a bit weak and with a small deposit, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
