Hero, nude and with petasos and chlamys flying behind his back, striding right, holding a band around the head of a rushing bull. Rev. ΛAPI-ΣAIA Bridled horse with trailing rein galloping to right; all within incuse square. BCD Thessaly I -. BCD Thessaly II 369.1 (same dies). HGC 4, 418 var. (differing reverse legend). Lightly toned, well centered, and of excellent style. Thin scratch on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
