SICILY. Akragas. Circa 480/478-470 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 19 mm, 8.56 g, 8 h). AK-RA Eagle standing right with closed wings. Rev. CA-Σ Crab; below, male head to right; all within shallow circular incuse. BMC 36. SNG Lloyd 796 (same dies). SNG München 61 (same dies). Westermark 259.27 (this coin, O87/R178). Nicely toned. Minor marks and light scratches and the reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
