ΣYRΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ Head of Kore to right, wearing wreath of grain ears, single-pendant earring and pearl necklace. Rev. AΓAΘOKΛEOΣ Nike, bare to waist, standing right, about to attach a helmet to a trophy, holding a hammer in her right hand and a nail in her left; in field to right, triskeles running right. HGC 2, 1536 var. Ierardi 136 (O34/R89). McClean 2834 (same dies). SNG ANS 669. A very rare variety. Darkly toned. Slightly rough and with minor weakness on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
