Hardaker, Non-Imperial, -. Pieper -. Possibly unpublished. A few light scratches and with a minor deposit on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.

This interesting issue is reminiscent of the Agra region series, cf. Hardaker, Non-Imperial, AG 19 (for a similarly designed punch).
