The couplet ‘sekke zad dar Ahmadābād az enāyāt-e elāh’, continued on the reverse; date off-flan. Rev. ‘shāh Nūroddīn Jahāngīr ebn-e Akbar pādeshāh’ (‘King Nur al-Din Jahangir, son of King Akbar, struck coins in Ahmadabad by the grace of God’ in Persian); Persian ‘5’ above the word ‘ebn’. KM 158.3. Nicely toned. Minor areas weakness, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
