Within a square, ‘lā ilāha illā Allāh / Muḥammad / rasūl Allāh’ (‘There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah’ in Arabic); around, traces of the names of the four Rashidun Caliphs, mostly off-flan. Rev. Within a square, ‘Jalāl al-Dīn Muḥammad Akbar pādeshāh-e Qāzī 984’ (‘The Holy Warrior King Jalal al-Din Muhammad Akbar. 984’ in Persian); marginal legend, including the mint name, mostly off-flan. KM 80.2. Nicely toned. Somewhat rough and a flan fault on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
