Three denominations: 2 Kronur 1930 (Schön 8), 5 Kronur 1930 (Schön 9) and 10 Kronur 1930 (Schön 10). In original blue case of issue and with product leaflet from Joh. Witzig & Co. Munich from 1930 (set price: 20 Reichsmark). Tiny marks and scratches, otherwise, good extremely fine.


This series was issued by the parliamentary committee to commemorate the 1000th Anniversary of the Icelandic Alþingi Parliament. Since it wasn't the government who authorized minting this series, the official character as currency is disputed.
