LUDENS FIT APTIOR Orator in Roman attire standing on a pedestal and crowned by Mercury, addresses five listeners, also dressed in Roman attire; below TAT - IUX. Haller 794. SM 638. Beautifully toned. Minor marks, otherwise, extremely fine.
