Anonymous, circa 217-215 BC. Uncia (Bronze, 24 mm, 13.29 g, 12 h), Rome. Head of Roma to left, wearing crested Attic helmet; behind, pellet (mark of value). Rev. ROMA Prow of galley to right, superstructure decorated with a club; below, pellet (mark of value). Crawford 38/6. RBW 98. Sydenham 86. Well centered and unusually well preserved, with a beautiful reverse. The obverse slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.
