PAPHLAGONIA. Sinope. Late 5th century BC. Drachm (Silver, 19 mm, 5.41 g), a contemporary imitation (?). Head of a sea-eagle to right; below, dolphin right (?). Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with two opposing quarters filled and stippled. Cf. HGC 7, 387 (for prototype). Struck from worn dies and with a flan fault on the obverse and some scratches on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
