A dramatic mint error creating an inverted janiform portrait

[CONSECR]ATIO Eagle standing left, wings spread and head turned to right. Cohen 44. RIC 266. RIC V online 1278. A curious mint error with an obverse double-struck at 180° rotation, giving the appearance of a playing card or an inverted janiform portrait. Heavily double struck and with some weakness on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
