MARTEM PROPVGNATOREM Mars advancing right, holding spear in his right hand and shield in his left. Cohen 160. Michaux 402. RIC 147. Lightly toned. Slightly rough and the obverse a bit weak, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.

From the collection of Kurt Zimmermann (* 1937) of Winterthur, long-serving numismatist at Schweizerische Kreditanstalt and Leu Numismatik, privately acquired from Schweizerische Kreditanstalt in August 1970.
