Aemilian, 253. Antoninianus (Silver, 21 mm, 3.83 g, 12 h), Rome. IMP AEMILIANVS PIVS FEL AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Aemilian to right, seen from behind. Rev. IOVI CONSERVAT Jupiter standing front, head to left, holding thunderbolt in his right hand and long scepter in his left; at feet to left, small togate figure of Aemilian standing front. Cohen 16. RIC 4. Slightly porous and light deposits and the reverse struck from a somewhat worn die, otherwise, very fine.

From the Joseph Markowitz Collection (1897-1981), brought to Israel in 1949 and kept in the family ever since.
