Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.63 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 126-127. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS Laureate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. COS III Large crescent; above, eight-pointed star; below, small globe. BMC 461. Cohen 460. RIC 865. Beautifully toned. Minor flan faults, otherwise, extremely fine.
