ΜΑΡ ANTΩNIOC ΓOPΔIANOC Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right; on neck, countermark: Δ within circular incuse. Rev. CЄΛЄYΚ/ЄΩΝ ΚΑΛΥΚΑ Dionysos driving biga of panthers to right, holding thyrsos in his right hand and kantharos in his left; to right, satyr standing front, head to left. RPC VII.2 online 2920. SNG von Aulock 5844. For countermark, Howgego 670. Very rare. Thick deposits and with an attempted puncture on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
