SPAIN, Celtic-Iberian Imitations. Circa 2nd century BC. Drachm (Silver, 20 mm, 4.35 g, 11 h), imitating Emporion. Head of Arethousa to left, wearing wreath of grain ears, trident-shaped earring and pearl necklace; before, uncertain legend. Rev. Horse standing right; above, Victory flying right. Heiss pl. ii, 18. Very rare and nicely toned. Somewhat rough and the reverse struck slightly off center and with a small graffito, otherwise, very fine.
