PHRYGIA. Cibyra. Gallienus, 253-268. Oktassarion (?) (Orichalcum, 30 mm, 20.99 g, 1 h). AY KAICAP ΓAΛΛIHNOC Laureate and cuirassed bust of Gallienus to right, breastplate decorated with gorgoneion. Rev. KI-BY/PATΩN Hexastyle Ionic temple set on base with three steps; on architrave, eagle. BMC 91. W. Weiser: Ein Fund Kaiserlicher Aes-Mūnzen aus Kibyra in Phrygien, in: Epigraphica Anatolica 4 (1984), p. 115, 17 (this coin, illustrated on plate 13). Slightly rough, otherwise, good very fine.
