ҺЄNRICVS R(ЄX) Crowned and facing bust of Richard I with sceptre in his right hand. Rev. (✠) ALЄIN • ON • CARD Voided short cross with four pellets in each quarter, within beaded circle. North 968. SCBC 1348C. SCBI 56 Mass, 1127 (this coin). Very rare and with beautiful old cabinet toning. Small areas of weakness, otherwise, very fine.
