SELEUKID KINGS. Seleukos II Kallinikos, 246-226 BC. Drachm (Silver, 18 mm, 4.25 g, 12 h), uncertain mint. Diademed head of Seleukos II to right. Rev. [Β]ΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ Apollo standing left, holding arrow in his right hand and leaning left on tripod surmounted by laurel wreath; to left, monogram. SC -, cf. 766.2 (similar outer left monogram, differing style). Unpublished and perhaps unique, an interesting piece of very unusual style. A couple of faint scratches on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
