IMP V TRIB POT IIII C[O]S II Captive seated right, propping head on left hand; at feet, curved sword and shield; behind, trophy. BMC -, cf. 411. Cohen -. Coins & Medals 45 (2017), 762 (same reverse die). RIC -, cf. 436. RSC -, cf. 215d (all without trophy and shield on the reverse). Solidus 137 (2024), 379 (same reverse die). Of the highest rarity, apparently only the third known example. Minor flan crack, some flatness and light scratches, otherwise, good fine.

From the Joseph Markowitz Collection (1897-1981), brought to Israel in 1949 and kept in the family ever since.
