S•C Titus on horseback to right, hurling spear at fallen enemy, who holds a sword in his right hand and raises, with his left, a rectangular shield in defence. BMC 652† = Cohen 238 corr. (PON not PONT). RIC 497. A splendid piece with a bold portrait and a beautiful green patina. About extremely fine.
