KINGS OF BOSPOROS. Aspurgus, as king, AD 14/5-37/8. Stater (Gold, 19 mm, 7.88 g, 12 h), BE 327 = 30/1. Bare head of Augustus (or Tiberius?) to right; below, pellet. Rev. Bare head of Agrippa (or Drusus?) to right; to left, monogram; below, ZKT (date). Anokhin 310. MacDonald 292 var. (no pellet). RPC I 1894.2 (this coin). Extremely rare. Several scrapes and with an attempted puncture on the reverse and some edge filing, otherwise, very fine.
