The king’s name and title, ‘al-sulṭān Fatḥ ʿAlī Shāh Qājār 1213’ (‘Sultan Fath ʿAli Shah Qajar. 1213’ in Arabic/Persian). Rev. Within an ornate cartouche, ‘zarb-e dār al-salṭana Iṣfahān’ (‘Struck in the Abode of the Sultanate Isfahan’ in Persian); above, ‘al-ʿizza lillāh’ (‘Might belongs to Allah’ in Arabic). Album 2859. Rare. In NGC encapsulation, graded MS 61. Struck slightly off center and with minor nicks, otherwise, extremely fine.
