[Β]ΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ ΜΕΝΑΝΔΡ[ΟΥ] Helmeted and cuirassed figure standing right, raising his right hand in benediction and holding spear and shield in his left hand. Rev. 'Maharajasa dhramikasa Menamdrasa' ('of the Great King Menander the Just' in Karoshti) Lion standing left, his right paw raised. Bopearachchi 6 var. (unlisted monogram). HGC 12, 375. Extremely rare. An unusually attractive example of fine style. Light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
