Augustus, 27 BC-AD 14. Denarius (Silver, 17 mm, 3.75 g, 6 h), uncertain mint in Spain (Colonia Patricia?), 19 BC. CAESAR AVGVSTVS Bare head of Augustus to right. Rev. OB / CIVIS / SERVATOS in three lines within oak-wreath with ties inward. BMC 378. Cohen 208. RIC 77a. Beautifully toned and with a splendid portrait. Struck on a slightly short flan, otherwise, good very fine.
