GALLIENVS AVG Radiate, helmeted, draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus to left, holding spear and shield decorated with gorgoneion. Rev. LEG I ADI VII P VII F Capricorn to right. Cohen -. MIR 983l (2 specimens). RIC 318 var. (differing bust type). Very rare. An attractive example without the ususal die wear. Light porosity, otherwise, good very fine.
