Anonymous, 214-212 BC. Victoriatus (Silver, 17 mm, 2.87 g, 11 h), L series, Luceria. Laureate head of Jupiter to right. Rev. L / ROMA Victory standing right, crowning trophy with wreath. Crawford 97/1a. RBW 394. Sydenham 121. An elegant and nicely toned piece with a splendid head of Jupiter. Very light roughness, otherwise, good extremely fine.

From the collection of Yves Gunzenreiner and from a Swiss private collection kept in a bank safe in Lugano since the early 1980s.
