Facing draped bust of Baal, wearing polos, between radiate bust of the sun-god Yarhibol to right and radiate and draped bust of the moon-god Aglibol to left, with crescent on his shoulders; above, star and crescent; below, Γ. Rev. ΠΑΛΜΥΡ / A Nike advancing left, holding palm frond in her left hand and setting scales on baetyl with her right. Krzyźanowska, Monnayage de Palmyre, type I. SNG München -. Rare. An attractive example of this interesting issue. Light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
