Volusian, 251-253. Aureus (Gold, 18 mm, 3.28 g, 7 h), Rome. IMP CAE CE VIB VOLVIANO AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Volusian to right, seen from behind. Rev. PAX AVGG Pax standing front, head to left, holding olive branch in her right hand and transverse scepter in her left. Calicó 3363. Cohen 69 corr. (bust type). RIC 157. Extremely rare. Plugged hole at 12 o'clock on the obverse and with traces of mounting and edge filing, otherwise, good very fine.
