CELTIC, Central Europe. Vindelici. 1st century BC. Stater (Gold, 17 mm, 7.38 g), 'Regenbogenschüsselchen'. Head of an eagle (?) to left; pellet above and below beak; all within wreath-like torc. Rev. Five pellets within torc. Flesche 303-4. Kellner Type II D. SLM 1068. Struck from somewhat worn dies as usual, otherwise, very fine.
