A few light marks, otherwise, good extremely fine.
The legends on this intriguing tremissis are clear: it was struck by the moneyer Medulfo in the vicus Cicate. Unfortunately, none of our sources mentions such a place name and it is therefore currently unclear where exactly Cicate lay
