IONIA. Ephesos. Circa 360-350 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 22 mm, 15.29 g, 12 h), Pyron, magistrate. E-Φ Bee with straight wings. Rev. ΠYPΩN Forepart of a stag to right, head to left; behind to left, palm tree with two date clusters. Pixodarus Class F. SNG von Aulock 1828-1834 var. (differing magistrates). A lightly toned and well centered example with a very old pedigree. Good very fine.
