Drachm (Silver, 24 mm, 3.42 g, 3 h), Kabulistan or Gandhara. αδομανο μιιροσανοϷαο ('Adomano, King of the East' in Bactrian) Bust of Adomano with elongated skull to right, wearing diadem with two ribbons and crescent, crown with trident, earrings and pearl necklace; in field to right, rosette with conch below; below, winged ornament. Rev. Fire altar flanked by attendants. Göbl 87. Pfisterer, Typ 87. Vondrovec, Type 87. Very rare and attractively toned. Light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
